Technopath Clinical Diagnostics - A Culture of Learning

Technopath Clinical Diagnostics fosters a culture of learning, development and continuous improvement in all areas of its business – the company constantly strives to improve the competencies and qualifications of employees by providing both internal and external training/mentoring programmes. Our learning and development strategy links directly to our recruitment strategy by engaging in co-op and graduate programmes – these programmes help to identify a vibrant pipeline of potential future employees. In addition, the company invests in its employees by providing an educational assistance programme which sponsors employees who wish to undertake relevant further education in various third level institutions.

As part of our partnership with third level institutions, Technopath Clinical Diagnostics was delighted to attend the recent Conferring ceremony at Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT) where the company sponsored the the Award for Excellence in the Higher Diploma in Computing in Creative Multimedia Programming. This award was presented to a member of our own Marketing team, Michelle Jones O’Donnell. The company wish to extend their congratulations to Michelle and acknowledge her hard work in achieving this award - pictured presenting the Technopath Clinical Diagnostics Award for Excellence to Michelle is Prof. Vincent Cunnane, President LIT, Pauline Redmond, HR Manager Technopath Clinical Diagnostics and Mr. Niall Greene, Chairman LIT.
